Growing UK Law Firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal: to £27,000

Award winning National Law Firm is looking to recruit a Paralegal to work in their Real Estate Department, working closely with a team of Associates and Partners on a permanent basis.  Duties will include Managing client files, running own transactional files on Landlord and Tenant related matters, straightforward acquisitions, managing a high volume of matters for key clients, recording time and working towards billing targets, Assisting other legal advisors in the department with transactions and where necessary dealing with post-completion transactional work, communicating effectively and confidently with clients and external solicitors, completing property reports and schedules, Assisting on matters connected with other legal departments including for example corporate transactions, Assisting with various other tasks as required. Candidates must have either a Law Degree or LPC, experience working within a Law Firm, preferably Real Estate and must have advanced Microsoft skills and an enthusiastic and positive attitude.  Hours for this role are 9.00am – 5.30pm.
