A well respected Solicitors practice on the outskirts of Birmingham are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their high achieving Residential Department. This is an urgently required position for an experienced, qualified Residential Solicitor or Legal Executive to hit the ground running dealing with a Residential Conveyancing caseload. For the Successful candidate, there is clear progression and a set career path within their Property department, with numerous benefits and a competitive salary.

Skills and Responsibilities;

- At least 1 years PQE Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, Conveyancer
- Be able to handle a caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from inception through to completion
- Experience supervising and motivating a team towards targets
- Experience dealing with Freehold/leasehold, sales/purchases
- Work towards realistic targets
- Strong business acumen

- Strong academic background
