Solicitor

Our client – a not-for-profit organisation – is looking for a commercial lawyer to join them as soon possible. This is an extremely varied and interesting in-house legal role.

The successful candidate will focus on providing legal advice, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts of a complex nature.

Applicants can be from either an in-house or private practice background, but will have a sound knowledge of commercial law and have good contract drafting and negotiation skills.

It is crucial that candidates have the appropriate soft skills to engage with the business and the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice – the role will involve working closely with internal clients, primarily in the UK - and globally as required.

This role offers exceptionally varied legal work in a supportive and friendly environment.
