Corporate Lawyer - Technology

The Company:

Pure Search are working with a fast growing and entrepreneurial technology business seeking a Counsel for its London team.

The Role:

Responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including software/procurement/IT/outsourcing contracts
• Other legal work such as Data protection and Intellectual property
• Work with other legal teams in multiple jurisdictions

About You:

You will be a qualified lawyer (Circa 2-5 years PQE) with a solid law firm background and credentials. Candidates from both a corporate and commercial background will be considered. Furthermore, applicants are expected to be excellent communicators, comfortable at operating in a fast-paced environment.
