Solicitors with Banking and Financial Services exposure are required for multiple permanent roles with leading legal practices across Dublin. There are opportunities available for candidates with varying levels of post qualified experience.

 Solicitors with Banking and Financial Services experience are required for a number of permanent roles with a variety of leading Dublin commercial law firms. Ideal candidates will have at least two years’ experience. 

Key responsibilities for Banking Solicitors are:

• Handle a broad range of banking and finance related work including; corporate or transactional led banking, refinancing corporate banking, finance, project finance, asset-based lending
• Take responsibility for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts relating to commercial lending (banking facilities, credit facilities, transfers)
• Analysing documents and carrying out security reviews

Experience requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in banking and finance either in-house or in private practice but who trained at a top Irish or UK Law Firm
• Strong academic background

• Ability to work within a strongly team-focussed environment and autonomously when required
