An international Financial Service organisation is seeking a lawyer to join their small legal team to support on a migration project for 6 months.
My client is seeking a candidate who is able to work well under pressure and have the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
You will have strong negotiation skills and experience with asset management and hedge funds
Responsibilities include:
*Negotiation various Prime Services terms
*Identifying, advising and escalating key legal risks
*Providing supports and guidance to internal teams
*Producing contractual documents
*Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the project management teams
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a background in financial services and corporate law with a focus on custody and correspondent banking. Knowledge of AIFMD, MiFID, MiFIR and GDPR are desirable.
