Corporate Tax Partner - Leeds

Are you 6-10+ years PQE Corporate Tax Solicitor that would like to join a well-established Tax department within one of the largest full-service national law firms in West Yorkshire - Leeds?

Are you able to advise on tax implications of all corporate activity including:

- mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations or demergers?

- private equity transactions, asset finance, banking and lending?

- share incentive plans and management incentivisation, tax planning for entrepreneurs, cash extraction?

- property investment, development, dispute resolution with HMRC?

This is a great opportunity for an experienced tax professional to make the step to Junior Partner at a leading national firm.

You will join the tax department and provide practical recommendations to industries ranging from real estate, finance, insurance, manufacturing, sport, entertainment, hospitality and more.

You will be up for the challenge and be ready to join the firm advising on how current legislation and case law affects client's tax position and how best to navigate that legislation.
