Real Estate Associate

My client is a top 100 market leading firm with an excellent reputation. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to join their busy Real Estate team in the Southampton office.

You would be joing a team of lawyers who are are not just technically able but are also commercially astute. It is essential that you possess leadership and management skills in order to be an effevctive member of this highly motivated and driven team.

You will be required to create work not just for uyourself but for the team as a whole through business development and effective networking.

Working in a demanding sector previous Real Estate experience is essential, preferably in respect of any or all of the following: investment, landlord & tenant and property finance. You will have gained experience at a practice with a relevant property track record and will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You will also need the ability and desire to assist with business development and client management.
