Are you a Real Estate Solicitor/Associate looking to join an ambitious and forward thinking Top 40 law firm in Leeds city centre?
Joining a 200 strong national Real Estate team, you will undertake an integral role within the Leeds office managing an existing caseload with a strong bias toward investment and development work.
Advising an impressive client base comprising offshore and onshore fund managers, local investors, developers and house builders, you will deal with a wide array of high calibre, complex commercial property matters together with corporate support.
As an experienced Real Estate Solicitor, you will ideally have proven expertise advising investor and developer clients. In addition, you must be hard working and have the desire to produce your best work. You will also be a strong, confident communicator with excellent drafting skills, adaptability and commerciality.
