Corporate Associate - 2 yrs + *Spanish language skills a bonus*

Great opportunity for UK qualified corporate lawyer at this major international firm.

Our client, a major international law firm, is looking to recruit a corporate associate with at least 2 yrs' post qualified experience across a full range of transactions embracing both private and public M&A, private equity and equity and debt capital markets.

The team works primarily with clients in emerging markets with a focus on the energy sector so candidates with relevant market and/or sector experience are of particular interest. The role will also involve considerable client contact and as such the successful candidate is likely to be someone who is able to demonstrate that they have already had considerable client exposure.

With much of the work emanating out of Latin America, UK qualified candidates with Spanish language skills are of particular interest.
