Are you an experienced Property Litigator? Looking to move in-house?? Then read on:
We have an opportunity for you to leave behind the time recording, move on from the demands of business development and marketing and join a friendly in-house legal team.
You will be based in a small legal team, under the guidance of a very experienced property litigator that has worked for leading City and Regional firms. The team deal with the work arising from a large property management company. Of particular interest are candidates that:
- Are qualified Solicitors with 1-5PQE - exceptional Legal Executives are welcome to apply
- County Court advocacy experience is essential
- As is experience of Section 8 & Section 21
