Insolvency Solicitor

Our client, who has a strong regional presence is currently looking for an Insolvency Solicitor to join their team based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

You will be joining a team that comprises of 4 solicitors, led by 2 who are partners and recognised in Chambers and the Legal 500 for their leading expertise and standard of work. Ideally you will be an Insolvency Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE, however due to the specialists in the firm, they are prepared to consider applications from applicants who do not have current insolvency experience, as long as they can demonstrate a solid commercial litigation background and excellent academics. They will also consider candidates who have older, less recent experience.

The work will be largely litigation based and involve acting for IPs in claims arising in liquidations, administrations and bankruptcies. This will be a fantastic opportunity for an Insolvency Solicitor looking to expand their current skill set in a team of specialists and professionals.
