Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

The Venn Group Legal team are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a local authority in the West Midlands for a minimum term of 3 months.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified Solicitor who holds a current practising certificate. Due to the nature of the role, experience within Commercial Property within a local authority is preferred.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

? Under the direction of the Principal Solicitor advise on all aspects of commercial property including leases, licenses, acquisitions, disposals and Landlord & Tenant matters

? Managing your own caseload of high level and complex conveyancing and other property related legal work

? Dealing with disposals, involving working with partners in collaboration arrangements and overage & clawback agreements

? Drafting all appropriate legal documentation, liaising with clients, external lawyers and other professionals
This role will pay £30-40 per hour, dependant on experience.
