Corporate Lawyer 2-7 PQE - Cambridge

This prestigious and long established law firm, who consistently rank highly in legal directories are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join the firm in their Cambridge office.

Your new role
With the firms operating across a number locations, the firm are keen on expanding their presence within the Cambridge area. You will join the firm as part of their Corporate department, where you will be the first lawyer in their Cambridge office. The role will include working on private equity investment, specialises in advising business angels and angel groups as well as venture capital funds on early stage investment rounds in a broad range of young and developing technology businesses.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be at between 2-7 PQE with a proven track record in Corporate Law. Due to the fact the firm are growing its prescience in the Cambridge area, you will need to be competent to deal with large and small scale transactions. You will also be capable of supervise a paralegal.
