An experienced EL / PL Portal Fee Earner / Paralegal is wanted for a rewarding opportunity with a national Top 500 law firm based in Sheffield Centre. The role offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

My client is a well-regarded and established firm of Claimant Personal Injury solicitors. Working for this forward thinking firm provides applicants great opportunities for progression and development. Training Contracts may be available for candidates who can prove themselves after 18 months of working for the firm. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Fee Earner / Paralegal to join the highly regarded Personal Injury department.

This opportunity will allow applicants to handle a caseload of approximately 200 Fast Track EL / PL files. The applicant will deal with newly accepted cases and will progress them through stages 1, 2 and 3 of the MOJ Portal. The applicant will also liaise with third party insurers, solicitors and general administration. You will also get trained in the full litigation process of EL / PL Files whilst assisting other fee earners / solicitors.

Applicants are invited to apply if they have:-

* Excellent client care skills
* Knowledge of ALL stages of the MOJ Portal system. Stages 1- 3 (Essential)
* At least 6 months of experience in managing your OWN caseload of EL / PL Portal Files (Essential)
