PRIVATE CLIENT / COURT OF PROTECTION SOLICITOR - OXFORD -

Private Client / COP Solicitor (min 3+ PQE) -

If you have experience in Private Client matters, gained at a good quality law firm which includes some Court of Protection work and you are looking to improve and widen your career prospects, then we have an excellent opportunity with huge potential at a very successful regional firm.

You will need a minimum of 3 years PQE upwards to a more senior level in a broad range of Private Client matters, with additional experience in the Court of Protection field. STEP or SFE membership or working towards such would be an advantage, but this is not essential.

This is a well run firm, operating regionally to nationally, with a very healthy client base of mid to high net worth Clients, together with charities and other institutions. This is altogether an excellent firm to work for, with great prospects for career progression.

This is a senior appointment and will be ideal for someone who has the ability and confidence to play a leading role and manage all Court of Protection matters that arise within the firm.
