PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL RTA (PRE-LITIGATED) - LIVERPOOL

Personal injury paralegal RTA - An enthusiastic personal injury paralegal with experience of the MOJ Portal, (especially stages 1 and 2), is required to join this growing defendant insurance litigation team, based in Liverpool.

KEY DETAILS

• Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal – Pre-litigated RTA
• Location: Liverpool
• Salary: £14,000 - £19,000
• Reports to: Partner / Team Leader
• Previous Experience: Around 1 year or more as a personal injury paralegal handling a pre-litigated caseload of RTA files at MOJ Stages 1 and 2, preferably from a defendant insurance background (though claimant RTA expertise will be considered).

PRE LITIGATED DEFENDANT RTA

Due to the growth and development of the firm, a personal injury paralegal is needed to manage a caseload of pre litigated defendant RTA files, specifically stages 1 and 2 of the MOJ portal. Our client will consider personal injury paralegals with both defendant and solid claimant experience who are used to handling a caseload of fast track RTA files.

CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

Our client's RTA team are looking for those who have a real enthusiasm for defendant motor work and wish to forge a career in the defendant insurance litigation. In particular, potential applicants should:

i) have sound academic qualifications;

ii) be ambitious and driven;

iii) possess keen attention to detail;

iv) be able to be reactive as well as pro-active; and

v) have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
