In-House Commercial Counsel
Award winning technology consultancy are searching for a Commercial Lawyer to join their business as In-House Commercial Counsel.
You will be a key member of this small organisation supporting and advising the company on all commercial, legal and business issues. This would include negotiating and drafting commercial contracts impacting the business and providing advice on all legal and compliance issues. This will be a varied role with lots of autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with all areas of the business.
You will be a UK qualified solicitor who has demonstrable experience in commercial law. Experience with software agreements, outsourcing and technology related contracts would be a distinct advantage for this In-House Commercial Counsel role.
