Residential Property / Conveyancing Paralegal

Leading up to conveyancing season, we have noticed an increase in demand for Residential Property / Conveyancing Paralegals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential conveyancing matters, be able to confidently assist solicitors with drafting legal documents, liaising with clients and authorities and work proficiently with case management systems.

Firms are keen to meet with Residential Property Paralegals with experience in drafting contracts, performing land registry searches and complete TR1, TP1 and SDLT forms. Candidates who have case handling experience and are able to carry out a transaction from instruction to completion autonomously are highly sought after.
