A well established multi-disciplinary Law Practice based in Greater Manchester require experienced Court of Protection Fee Earners to join their team.
The Role
- The successful candidates will join the Private Client department and assist on Court of Protection matters.
- You will deal with Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, statutory Wills and Trusts, including personal injury trusts and Court of Protection Health and Welfare Disputes.
Suitable Candidates
- To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in Court of Protection matters.
- You can be either a Qualified Solicitor, Cilex, or experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner.
- You will also have an empathetic approach to your work and strong Client Care skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
- Benefits include: death in service scheme, contributory pension scheme and discretionary annual bonus scheme.
