Our Client is a well established and specialist Personal Injury Practice based in Greater Manchester/North Manchester. The firm have a strong reputation in the Personal Injury Sector and continue to receive quality instructions.

The firm are going through a period of growth and are therefore seeking to appoint an experienced RTA Paralegal.

The Role

  • To work alongside and support an experienced litigator.
  • To open files, generate client care correspondence, complete documents including court documents, deal with reports and heads of claims documentation.
  • To attend upon clients and suppliers litigation matters.
  • To undertake fee-earing work as and when required.

Suitable Candidates

  • You will have experience of assisting on RTA files.
  • You will have an excellent telephone manner, be courteous, empathatic and patient with clients.
  • You will have a high standard of data input using attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of using a Case Management System is preferable but is not essential.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience - £20,000 - £25,000.
  • Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
