Insurance Litigation Associate

The practice boasts an impressive client base and specialises in all areas of insurance/ reinsurance disputes, both international and domestic in nature. The successful candidate will have gained the majority of their experience at a City firm that has a focus on insurance and reinsurance disputes and have a strong academic background. The role will require the new joiner to have strong technical skills, the ability to work well within a team and a genuine passion for insurance focused disputes work - general commercial litigation associates would not be appropriate for this role.

The successful candidate can expect to work on a wide range of insurance/reinsurance disputes on behalf of a client base which insurers, reinsurers and large corporate policyholders. The nature of the work is different and interesting, as the firm undertakes not only traditional insurance disputes focused work but also work that is "non-traditional" in nature which has proven to be an attractive proposition for a number of associates within the team.
