Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) -
A fantastic corporate opportunity has arisen for a corporate solicitor to work within this top leading law firm's corporate department. Ideally you will be 5+ PQE and have an excellent background and grounding in mergers and acquisitions, equity matters, reorganisations, private equity and capital reductions. The ideal person will show a real drive and determination to succeed in the corporate sector. Grounding in technology work would also be highly advantageous.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the partners of the firm and be exposed to a wide range of corporate matters, promising a fast paced and exciting workload. The firm have numerous very high profile clients and advise some of the top global corporations on a wide range of matters.
