Are you a company commercial and corporate solicitor who would like to work in a team of five within a market leading Legal 500 firm? Would you like to work for household named clients in the FMCG, retail and property sectors?
You should be a junior company commercial and corporate solicitor who will have trained with a leading regional or ideally London based practice. Your experience should include M&A matters, AIM listing, MBOs/MBIs, share sales/purchases and the full range of commercial advice. You will have a strong academic background with a 2:1 or better. The successful candidate will work closely with the team leading partner and will benefit from excellent ongoing training and development.
