Conveyancing Fee Earner

Our client, a long established, well known firm based in Mexborough is seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their friendly and close knit team.

You will manage your own case load and be able to adapt well in a demanding fast paced team. You will be a confident and effective communicator and have the ability to acquire an understanding of the legal process quickly and accurately. Focused on providing a high professional service to clients, you will enjoy being challenged by legal issues and expanding your knowledge.

Ideally you will be a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner able to handle a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters which will include leasehold and freehold. You must have good knowledge of full range of Residential Conveyancing matter such as Sales & Purchases, Freehold and Leasehold, Shared Ownership, New Build, Help to Buy & Right to buy.

The firm has a large following of loyal clients therefore they require someone with great communication skills and someone with great passion for law - this will require a lot of face to face client contact and as such someone who really enjoys this style of working, with a background from a high street firm would be fantastic. This could be a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking to for the next move in their career and take on a leading position in a team of junior and NQ staff.
