If you are looking for a broad commercial In House Paralegal role within an exciting, fast growing business, I would encourage you to read on.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, commercial paralegal to work alongside an experienced qualified lawyer in a team of 2 in the UK, with a wider legal team spread across the US, South America and Europe. You will have the freedom to work autonomously, whilst gaining the first hand support and development from the senior lawyer already in place.
The role is very varied with scope to grow, initially involving;
*Negotiating, drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts to include NDAs and supplier agreements.
*Handling litigation and IP matters alongside engaging with external counsel.
*Providing company secretarial support.
*Conducting legal research and taking on ad hoc projects for the global legal team as well as senior execs within the business.
Personality is key for this role and you must be a confident, strong relationship builder who is adaptable to a busy and changing environment. As a minimum you will have a law degree, ideally having also completed the LPC. Previous in-house experience is highly desirable though not essential, though you will need prior experience with commercial contracts and ideally wider corporate/commercial matters.
The role is a full-time, permanent position, based in Central London.
