Corporate Solicitor In-house - Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an Investment Management Company as a Corporate Solicitor in their Legal team.

The role will involve working as part of the in-house legal department on corporate transactional and corporate finance matters along with some commercial work.

Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors ideally with at least 2 years PQE in corporate work. You are likely to be currently working in-house but CV's are also welcome from solicitors in private practice who are looking to make the move in-house. Solid corporate transactional experience is essential though.

If you are a qualified Solicitor currently working in the corporate department of a law firm, but you want more flexibility and no chargeable hour or billing targets then this role could be for you!
