EL/PL Fee Earner

An EL/PL Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded law firm based in Central Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is an innovative law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Fee Earner to manage a caseload of EL/PL files both pre and post litigated.

Candidates must have the ability to run an EL/PL caseload from start to finish and you will have proven knowledge of litigation procedures. You will have excellent communication skills, in person, on the telephone and in writing and organisational skills to a very high standard. You will be committed and self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.

Applications are invited from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Fee Earners or Paralegals with at least 1 years' experience in managing pre and post litigated EL/PL Personal Injury files. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System.
