Talented Private Client Fee Earner sought to manage and develop a caseload within a Lexcel accredited practice in Kent.

Staffed by a team of dedicated lawyers and support staff numbering over 90 they offer high quality advice in a friendly and professional manner. With numerous accreditations in recognition of their client care skills they endeavour to achieve the best results in each individual circumstance.
The Role
A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic Private Client Fee Earner to join a busy team based in one of the practices offices located in Kent. With solid experience and the skills and expertise to manage and develop a mixed caseload, the successful Fee Earner will advise clients on areas including: probate matters; drafting and reviewing wills; preparing LPAs; estate administration and; trusts. Our client is particularly keen to hear from candidates with STEP or SFE accreditation, however this is not a pre-requisite for the position.
Keen to build upon and maintain the firm’s reputation in this field, the successful Fee Earner will develop long-term relationships with clients and promote the department’s services and expertise. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with solid Private Client experience;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will ideally have STEP or SFE accreditation;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be professional, personable and flexible with meticulous attention to detail;
You will have a desire for professional development.
