A new opportunity for an ambitious Commercial IP Lawyer to join one of the Firms at the Top of the IP space in the North West. Chambers ranked and consistently one of the UK's Top 100 Firms, their IP Practice in the North West is highly rated by Legal 500 amongst the best.

Currently they are seeking a Lawyer with between 2 and 5PQE to join them, specifically in their non contentious Commercial IP team. The work spans sectors including TMT, FMCG and Financial Services, where the team provides specialist advice on contract law, IP Rights, Competition Law, Distribution Agreements IT/BPO and non contentious Brand and Trade Mark work. The team is also one of the go to places for FS businesses for payment services queries pertaining to FinTech or more straightforward merchant matters.

Applications are invited from Commercial IP Lawyers with a minimum of 2 years PQE who are strong in IP and Tech matters such as the above.
