Commercial Associate - 18 months + **US Boutique**
Great opportunity for a talented commercial lawyer to join this rated US firm.
The successful candidate is likely to be a commercial lawyer with at least 1 yrs' pqe and good experience of drafting commercial agreements, such as agency agreements, supply and distribution agreements, outsourcing agreements, and R&D agreements.
Additional experience of data protection/privacy work as well as experience drafting and negotiation IP licences and assignments would be an added bonus as would exposure to the aviation/aerospace sector.
