Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Are you a newly qualified corporate commercial solicitor looking to join an international boutique law firm?

Do you have training experience and/or a seat in company, corporate or commercial work, perhaps with aspects of international matters?

My client has an excellent reputation for the quality of the work they do internationally, with instructions coming from clients in the UK and other European countries. You will be working with a variety of large and small enterprises as well as some multi-national corporations. Clients include professional service companies, industrial companies, retail chains, agencies, pubs and restaurants, and property companies. 

To be considered for this role you must: 

• Be a newly qualified solicitor
• Have completed a seat in company commercial
• Be capable of running a caseload with minimal supervision
• Be comfortable dealing with clients face-to-face and over the telephone
• Have knowledge of cross-border company commercial matters
