We have an excellent opportunity for a Banking and Insolvency Solicitor to join a leading national practice based in Birmingham. The firm is award-winning and is seeking an ambitious and responsible solicitor with demonstrable interest and relevant experience to join their reputable team.
The firm has a comprehensive legal network providing a quality approach to delivering effective advice. The Banking and Insolvency Solicitor must on a day-to-day basis deal with a variety of work across the full spectrum of banking, insolvency and restructuring, including property issues, with particular emphasis on supporting insolvency practitioners, banks and asset based lenders.
As well as specialising in non-contentious insolvency issues, the team also advises on insolvency litigation, acting for insolvency practitioners and creditors in recovering funds through the use of corporate and insolvency legislation, as well as acquisition finance, general corporate banking and real estate finance.
The successful candidate will be working within an inclusive and collaborate culture, where your expertise will be integral in ensuring the success and growth of the team. The ideal candidate for this position will have NQ+ PQE within the relevant field.
