The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our clients’ specialist team in the City. Working closely with senior members of the department, which includes some of the firms’ partners, the successful Solicitor will manage a caseload of general commercial litigation matters and the ideal Solicitor will have experience in one or more of the following: property litigation; contractual issues; landlord and tenant; debt recovery. First class client care, communication and business development skills are essential for the role.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor from NQ – 2 years’ PQE with solid experience in Commercial Litigation, gained within a well-regarded firm.
You must have excellent technical and drafting skills.
Particular experience in property disputes, landlord and tenant issues and / or debt recovery would be highly advantageous but not essential for the position.
You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level.
You will have first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
You will be driven, commercially aware and possess an aptitude for business development.
