The firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their prestigious St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

The Corporate and Commercial department is ranked in the Legal 500, it is one of the largest departments in the firm. It has grown in recent years, and deals with a very interesting mix of industry sectors. You will work alongside a highly-experienced Partner on your own caseload, as well as assisting with heavy weight matters. The caseload will include; Mergers and acquisitions, Joint ventures, Commercial contracts, Licensing agreements, Outsourcing agreements, Shareholder agreements, Exporting, importing and international trade agreements and Manufacturing agreements.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership.

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit on PQE as the firm are seeking to hire at the junior and senior level)
• You will have broad Corporate Commercial experience, you should have good technical knowledge
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You will have ideally had good business development exposure
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
