Structured Finance Lawyer:
A leading international law firm with an exceptional reputation in the finance space is currently looking to take on an experienced Structured Finance Lawyer on an interim basis. You would be joining the firm during an exciting time as the team is very busy at the moment.
As you will be working closely with the partner you will get exposure to high level work including assisting on securitisation, derivatives and leveraged finance transactions.A successful applicant will have trained at a leading city or US firm and have upwards of 4 PQE*.
