Private Client Legal Secretary / PA
An experienced Legal Secretary is required to join a leading law firm based in Birmingham. The vacancy will be within the Wills and Probate department.
The Legal Secretary role will be involved within the Wills and Probate process including speaking with clients, administration, filing, updating the case management system, as well as some document production. You will work closely with a number of highly experienced Fee Earners, offering excellent exposure to the legal process within Private Client and Wills and Probate.
Ideally we are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary with 1 years specific experience within Private Client or Wills and Probate. As well as this you should be a confident communicator, organised, good IT skills and have excellent attention to detail. Use of a case management system is preferred.
