Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in South Wales for an initial 3 month period.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a friendly Local Authority for a Commercial Property Lawyer.
The Local Authority have given the candidate the option to work either full time or part time with a generous salary of £28 - £35 depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running in this role and deal with a wide range of Commercial Property matters such as
- Leases
- Disposals
- Acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant
Previous local authority experience would be advantageous but not essential for this role, applications from experienced commercial property solicitors from any background are welcome.
