Adult Lawyer

Adults Lawyer required for an initial 3 month period to join a Local Authority based in South West England.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Adults Lawyer to join a well respected South West Local Authority.

The successful Adult Lawyer will be managing their own caseload and cases may consist of the following matters:

• Court of Protection
• DoLs
• NRPF
• Judicial Reviews
• Age assessments
• Ordinary residence queries
• Adult mental health work

The ideal lawyer will come from a public sector background, although candidates with relevant experience in private practice are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant transferrable skills.
