Are you looking for a temporary Residential Conveyancing position over the summer period? If so, this North Yorkshire based role could be ideal.
Residential Conveyancer - A very well respected North Yorkshire based firm is looking to recruit on a temporary basis, over the summer period, covering holiday leave. The firm is well established and handles a broad range of conveyancing matters so you will need to have solid experience dealing with a variety of property matters in order to hit the ground running. The role will be to cover late June, July and August.
The Role
- Broad ranging role which will include a variety of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, mortgages and shared ownership.
- Temporary conveyancing position to start from the end of June, covering holiday leave.
The Candidate
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience handling conveyancing matters, however this has been given as a guideline and candidates with other experience will still be considered.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to start from the end of June 2017.
