Property Solicitor - Manchester

Our client is a full service, growing law firm providing specialised services to clients across the UK. With expertise in an extensive range of legal fields, their lawyers pride themselves on providing first class advice on the foundation of experience gained in the UK and internationally.

They are now looking to secure the services of a property & conveyancing solicitor. As the successful candidate you will be tasked with establishing a conveyancing department within the existing firm. You will benefit from having a following, however this isn't essential. You will be a crucial, fully invested member of the team, involved in strategic decision making and operational matters from day one. In time the opportunity to grow the team will allow you further responsibility and development.

A flexible approach together with a high degree of commercial acumen will be needed. You will possess excellent technical skills and a proven track-record in managing and growing client relationships effectively.
