EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR
BOLT BURDON, ISLINGTON, LONDON
We are looking for an Employment Solicitor with about 3 years relevant post qualification experience to join our growing team.
You will be able to handle the full range of employment law with minimal supervision including:
- Non-contentious – employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, restructuring, redundancies and settlement agreements.
- Contentious – Tribunal cases and High Court litigation.
Our clients are a diverse range of corporate and individual clients. You will need the ability to give robust commercial advice.
You will have good technical legal skills and good communication and organisational skills. Excellent IT skills are also essential.
Practice development is an important part of this role.
