THE ROLE
A US qualified lawyer is now sought to join the London office's Technology Companies Practice Group.
The role will involve advising emerging companies and venture capital firms across various industries including digital media, entertainment, software, Internet, mobile, semiconductor and biotech, as well as the venture capital firms that focus on these companies.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree and a J.D. from a US law school.
US qualified, the candidate will have gained post qualification experience in a top Corporate practice.
Experience in assisting and advising emerging companies and investors in venture capital transactions, venture debt transactions, public offerings and cross-border M&A is essential.
Given the team's client base, candidates should ideally have experience and a passion for working with entrepreneurs and investors in the technology sector.
The practice is well integrated with the firm's Silicon Valley office and is the leading cross-border venture capital practice in Europe.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a US qualified corporate lawyer looking to obtain exposure to high level work from day one.
