EL/PL Paralegal

Personal Injury Paralegal - An award winning Global firm with offices in Liverpool is currently looking to recruit a personal injury paralegal to join their busy Casualty retail team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work with an international firm that has a broad range of clients and deals with first-rate work. The role is varied and could see you involved with anything from drafting reports, to liaising with clients, or attending trials with counsel. The role is ideal if you're looking to further your career with an incredibly well reputed firm and broaden your experience by picking up a range of personal injury matters.

The Role

• Assisting Fee Earners in the running of litigated fast track and multi-track EL/PL files within the retail sector.
• Liaising with clients, and drafting reports to both the insurer and insured.
• Reviewing witness statements and drafting disclosure lists.
• Drafting instructions to Counsel and attending trials with counsel.

The Candidate

• Experienced paralegal, familiar with EL/PL claims, and confident in communication with clients.
• First rate communication and organisational skills.
• A good working knowledge of CPR.
