International Asset Finance Lawyer

A growing Financial Services company based in London are seeking an International Asset Finance Lawyer to join the team for a period of 12 months.

My client is seeking an analytical candidate with a strong knowledge in structured finance transactions. This is a VP level position within the company's Transactional Management Team.

Responsibilities include:
*Providing transaction management and oversight for specific transactions from mandate to closing
*Leading contract negotiations and liaising with clients and external advisers
*Assisting originators in structuring transactions and security arrangements
*Reviewing documentation and coordinating with various internal stakeholders
*Attending internal and external meetings with a focus around credit and risks


The successful candidate will have extensive experience within transactional finance. Direct responsibility for managing and closing asset finance transactions would be advantageous. You will have worked within the financial services industry either in-house or private practice. Knowledge of leasing and secured lending is required.
