Corporate Associate, 4-6 months

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at one of the Leading International law firms in London. Our client, a Top 20 corporate heavyweight, is looking for a corporate lawyer to join the firm on an interim basis for 4-6 months to assist with a heavy workload, ideally to start within the next few weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a relationship with this rated City firm with the added potential of getting extended beyond the initial fixed term period.

The corporate team undertakes a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A matters, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate finance matters, as well as IPO's.

You will have a minimum of 2-5+ years experience from another leading City or US practice in corporate matters, and you will be able to start ASAP or within a few weeks. This role is due to continue for approximately 4-6+ months.
