Senior Commercial Lawyer
Our client, an renewable energy company, is seeking to recruit a senior commercial lawyer to join its legal team on an interim basis.
They are looking for someone to parachute into the business, and provides a hands on approach to assist with the increased workload. You will be reviewing T&C's for a range of agreements, mitigating risk by providing legal advice and educating business partners, advising on a range of ancillary agreements, advising on the company's internal rules and governance processes, procurement, and managing external counsel.
