A large local authority in the Somerset area is currently recruiting for a locum Property Solicitor to join their busy team.
The day to day duties will include:
- Dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property including sales, purchases, leases and co-leases
- Handling a Residential Property caseload, including right to buy cases
This position will be for around 2 months, with competitive rates of pay and the potential for some flexible working arrangements.
