Charity solicitor - Bristol

A well regarded national law firm (both Chambers and Legal 500 ranked) is looking for a charities lawyer to join it successful team in Bristol.

The responsibilities include regulatory advisory work, charity governance, formations and mergers, finance matters and transactions. The client include local and national charities, schools and other educational bodies, local government spin outs, and some social and religious clients.

For this role, practical experience of charities work is desirable but not essential, however they are looking for candidates who have a real (and demonstrable) interest in charity work. Additionally all candidates must also have good academics, a full understanding of a broad range of core legal concepts, good drafting skills, a commercial approach to problem solving and excellent communication skills.
