A large, reputable private practice in West Yorkshire requires a Debt Recovery Locum to join their team for a 2 week holiday cover, there are also permanent opportunities available.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling their own caseload of debt recovery files from inception of claim to Court
- Dealing with 300 live files between a team of 2 fee-earners
- Drafting particulars of claim, witness statements and winding up petitions
- Dealing with B2B clients to include wholesalers, breweries and finance houses
- Enforcing won judgements
- Using the TSB Partner for Windows case management system
The successful candidate needs previous experience of working within a debt recovery environment with a responsibility for running their own caseload.
